Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Dès Vu box, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
